How do I register for the conference?
You can register online or by mail.
Are there any worktrade or volunteer opportunities?
Work trade and volunteer opportunities are limited and available on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in volunteering or participating in a worktrade to get reduced conference registration please contact our volunteer coordinator to see if there are still any opportunities available. Are there any Scholarships Available?
Funds are available to support beginning farmers, farm interns, and agricultural students in need of financial assistance to participate in Organicology. To get more information or to apply for a scholarship click here.
What is included with registration?
Daily registration covers all workshops, events, meals, evening entertainment and some alcohol. Lodging is not included and must be reserved separately.
Can I bring a guest to meals?
Yes, you can purchase a la carte meals for your guests on the registration tab. Also, you can purchase tickets for each evening’s social events, which include appetizers, fun activities and entertainment each evening.
Is there a place for non-profit tables to set up?
Yes, non-profit organizations can register for the tabletop display option. Included is a 6’ table with draping, a chair and wastebasket, and an ID sign, that will be set up outside of the trade show floor, as well as one complimentary registration pass for Friday and Saturday, with all meals and entertainment provided.
I have special dietary needs, will there be a variety of meal options available for me?
Yes, the Hilton is accustomed to dealing with diverse diets. Every buffet-style meal will offer vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free options. If you have serious food allergies or aversions, you may want to bring snack foods to supplement between meals as snack options are limited to donations on hand.
How do I donate food or produce from my farm or business?
We are happy to serve food from the producers we work with. Donations generally come in one of these ways:
• Case volumes of a product that the kitchen will prepare for meals;
• Snack-sized, ready to eat packaged foods for putting out at coffee breaks or social events;
• Samples included in the registration bag, along with promotional materials;
• Beverages to be served at social events or meals.
