Set-up for booths will be in the exhibit hall and will begin on Friday at 9:00 am and will go until 9:00 pm and will resume on Saturday morning at 6:30 am, finishing by the time the trade show opens at 10:00 am.

Tear-down begins Saturday post trade show and must be finished before 10:00 pm that evening.

*Tabletops will be set-up in the event registration foyer, NOT inside the exhibit hall, on Thursday night or Friday morning and will remain on display Friday during workshops and Saturday’s Trade show.

TRADE SHOW EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FOR ORGANICOLOGY 2019 WILL BE ENTIRELY ONLINE. 

You’ll be able to sign up for your booth, register for your complimentary passes, indicate who you’d like to share a booth with, and pay for your booth or tabletop online.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to Organicology@planitnow.com.  Cancellations must be made by January 16th for a 50% refund of registration fees.
